Neighborhood Spotlight: Mimosa Bay, Sneads Ferry, NC
Welcome to Mimosa Bay! The neighborhood was originally designed to be full of $500k+ homes on larger lots with water access and top of the line, resort-style amenities. Recently, though, the market has urged the neighborhood to re-create it's plan and now the homes are at great values! Their homes feature wide-open floorplans, oversized master suites and bedrooms, and INCREDIBLE prices! Their homes are starting at $279900 for a 4bd, 3bath monster at over 3,000 square feet.
The natural environment that the land featured when the developers originally began the neighborhood has been maintained to keep a quiet, coastal feel.
